I’m Maicie, a yoga teacher passionate about guiding others toward balance, presence, and deeper self-connection. What began as a personal path of healing and exploration has grown into years of teaching and learning through movement, breath, and mindfulness.


Rooted in a love for intentional living, I focus on creating welcoming spaces where people of all backgrounds can reconnect with their bodies and calm their minds. Outside of teaching, you’ll find me soaking up nature, spending time with my family, and continuing to learn from the wisdom yoga brings into everyday life.
